Dear Reader,

after work today, i want to share, what i think about before, the first i think is :

• Concept-> this how the way know the true value, for make a formula or method, the effectiveness the concept is depend on value and combination, as example : concept for be director, is must be good leader, the good leader is must have value of leader, all the activity leader is base on true value, so if we can not identified the true value it will make our time be waste. i think the value is must be honest, be team & individual, be wise, be cleaver, be healty.
• Technic-> this how the way technic or know the process to do it, or know the operational day by day.
• Languange-> this how the way comunication to all the problem or chance and information to audience and hope good responsible/ feed back.
